CPSC Recall of Notebook Computer Batteries

CPSC announced the recall of 70,000 notebook computer batteries, the re call indicates that the batteries can overheat, posing a fire and burn hazard to consumers.  Manufactured in China for Hewlett-Packard, the batteries were eligible to bear the UL Listing Mark for the US and Canada.
