October 19, 2009 -- UL publishes 4th Edition of UL 60730-1

On October 19, 2009, UL published the 4th Edition of the Standard for Safety for Automatic Electrical Controls for Household and Similar Use, Part 1: General Requirements, UL 60730-1. The 4th Edition includes Amendments No. 1 and No. 2 of IEC 60730-1 that enables global market access for UL customers through a single, integrated evaluation program in accordance with the most current version of the IEC 60730 .
