ORDER STANDARDS & DIRECTORIES AND OTHER RECOGNIZED DOCUMENTS (ORDs)

ULC publications including Standards, Directories and ORDs are available via the ULC Online Store.  Payment is accepted by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. All products on the ULC Online Store are available in hardcopy only.

In addition to the ULC Online Store, ULC publications can also be ordered from one of the following resellers.

Special Orders

Orders are accepted by ULC’s Publications Department for out of print documents, or for those clients preferring to pay by cheque.  Please note that special orders are subject to an additional handling fee.  Submit special orders by sending a request for the publications you want to publications@ca.ul.com.   Your request should include what you want, quantities, ship to address (cannot be a postal box), billing address, your name, ship to name, your e-mail address, phone (include extension) and fax.  We will send back to you the costs for the order and request that you forward payment to us with your order. If paying by cheque or money order send your cheque with a copy of your order to Underwriters Laboratories of Canada, 7 Underwriters Road, Toronto ON, M1R 3B4, Attn: Publications Department. If paying by VISA or Master Card send your order by email to publications@ca.ul.com.  Orders paid for by credit card will be forwarded to our ULC Online Store service provider for processing. Your credit card statement will show a charge to Gilmore Global Logistics and your receipt will be sent online to you when the order is placed.

Purchase Orders are accepted subject to Credit Approval. Please contact publications@ca.ul.com or fax your request to Standards at 613 231 5977 with the information identified above and request Purchase Order acceptance. We will get back to you with costs and acceptance of your request so you can complete and issue your Purchase Order.  Purchase Orders should be signed and sent in Hard Copy to Underwriters Laboratories of Canada, 7 Underwriters Road, Toronto ON, M1R 3B4, Attn: Publications Department. Please enclose with your PO a copy of ULC’s response to your request.

Canadian orders are subject to GST (QST in Quebec, HST in Atlantic Provinces).

Shipping and Handling charges apply to all orders.  Online orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.

For Special Orders placed through ULC Publications Department handling rates are as follows:

For each copy if shipped in Canada $12.00 per copy

For each copy if shipped to the USA $14.00 per copy

For each copy if shipped outside Canada or USA $16.00 per copy.
